We use local organic foods first, prepare from scratch original recipes and follow a no food waste service.  Chef Yapo is at your event from set-up through no trace clean up.

Every menu is unique based on current bounty and your goals.

Email me with your event, how many in your group and your budget range per person.  I recommend initial contact at least 3 weeks in advance to start planning for best results.

Cherishing the opportunity to make new, best ever tastes for new clients to long time friends, the Yapos look forward to our next Iron Chef Night.  

At your home, Chef Yapo and Jill prepare rival 3-course meals based on theme ingredient and menus you select.   
Throw a dinner party and not worry about cleaning the kitchen.  The Yapos leave no trace in your kitchen tasty-great times were had by all.

Chef Yapo specializes in tasty-great times, even if that means sticking to GF, Paleo or any other dietary requirements.  Based on our initial meeting, Chef Yapo will customize your class to meet your goals. 

​Class Expectations:
​About a 2.5 hour class, needed items to prepare class menu, original recipes, local organic foods first and no food waste.
